Are Pets Allowed
At the moment our garden isn’t fully pet-proof, so we’re not able to welcome pets — but we are working to change this! We will update this page once pets are welcome.

Are there any cleaning or additional charges?
A one-off cleaning fee is added to your booking: €25 for the main house and €30 for the gîte. This ensures our properties are spotless for your arrival. A small cleaning pack is provided for your convenience. City tax is collected on arrival as required by local regulations.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
Full terms & cancellation details are sent at the time of provisional booking.
• Cancellations 30+ days before arrival are fully refundable (excluding deposit).
• Cancellations less than 30 days may receive a 50% refund per our terms.
